Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo was born in the US and she has written several books. Her career began in the soaps One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she had many supporting roles in primetime TV. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx New York) is an American actress and singer. Navedo started her acting career as a daytime soap. From 1995 to 1997, Navedo starred on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live in the part as Linda Soto. Then in 1999, she joined the crew of the CBS soap drama Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut came by playing a minor character as a character in Girl 6 (1996) then appeared in the episodes New York Undercover and The District. In 2001, Navedo co-starred in the action-comedy Double Take. Double Take and the following year in the drama film Washington Heights. Navedo was the character Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC program Law & Order from 2001 through 2004. The character was later featured on in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods and Blue Bloods. Navedo also appeared in many films, including El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 until 2013. Superfast! is a film where Navedo was the lead. The Fast and the Furious films were mocked in the 2015 movie. Navedo first started her profession as an actor in daytime dramas. From 1995 to 1997, Navedo played Linda Soto in ABC's One Life to Live. The actress joined CBS' Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her first appearance on film, playing a character on the film Girl 6. She later was a guest actor in New York Undercover (1996) and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001.
